CNC Machine Mechanical Service and Repair Person

Qualifications

  • Must be mechanically, electrically, and CNC-control inclined
  • Good problem solver
  • Hard-working and able to work on industrial CNC woodworking equipment and other related industrial equipment
  • Understanding of pneumatic and electrical controls and software
  • Knowledge of setting up CNC routers, CNC panel table saws, CNC molders, and many other types of woodworking industry equipment
  • Good customer service skills and able to work well with customers and other employees
  • Must be teachable and willing to share their knowledge with others
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Working hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch and 10-minute morning and afternoon breaks

Electrical Service and Repair Person 

Qualifications

  • Must be electrically inclined and able to work on the control side of electric
  • 3-phase, 120, 220, 240, 380, 440, 480-volt, 12-volt-24 volt, AC/DC and drives, phase convertors, etc.
  • Must have knowledge of motor starters, overloads, contact blocks, relays, timers, soft start systems, Genset applications, etc.
  • Good problem solver
  • Hard-working and able to work on Industrial woodworking equipment and other related industrial equipment
  • Knowledge of setting up planers, wide belt sanders, rip saws, table saws, molders, and many other types of woodworking industry equipment
  • Good customer service skills and able to work well with customers and other employees
  • Must be teachable and willing to share their knowledge with others
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Working hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch and 10-minute morning and afternoon breaks
